Overall aims and purpose
Amcanion y cwrs hwn yw rhoi cyflwyniad i fusnes, rheolaeth a sefydliadau. Mae sefydliadau’n allweddol i’r ffordd yr ydym yn trefnu cymdeithas, ac mae astudiaeth o sefydliadau yn ganolog i ddatblygu dealltwriaeth nid yn unig o fusnes a rheolaeth, ond nifer o agweddau eraill ar ein bywydau. Mae’r cwrs yn edrych ar gyd-destun busnes, trefniadaeth gwaith a natur rheolaeth.
