Overall aims and purpose

Dyma fodwl sy'n cyflwyno'r myfyrwyr i fyd newyddiaduraeth. Byddant yn dysgu'r gwahaniaeth rhwng ysgrifennu creadigol a ffeithiol, y sgiliau gwahanol sydd angen arnynt a sut i gynllunio straeon ffeithiol.

Caiff y myfyrwyr eu dysgu sut i baratoi ar gyfer cyfweliadau, sut i gynhyrchu straeon eu hunain a sut i olygu eu gwaith hefyd. Elfen bwysig o hyn fydd dysgu ymchwilio straeon. Bydd nifer o dasgau ganddynt i'w cwblhau a fydd yn eu hannog i fynd allan i gyfweld pobl `go iawn' a sut i ddewis a dethol y dyfyniadau gorau. Erbyn diwedd y modiwl byddant hefyd wedi cysylltu gyda golygyddion amrywiol gyhoeddiadau i geisio cyhoeddi eu gwaith.
