Overall aims and purpose

strong textDyma’r prif gyfle o fewn y radd Cymraeg Proffesiynol i ddatblygu portffolio o waith perthnasol i’r cynllun hwn. Mewn cyfres o ddarlithoedd, cyflwynir sgiliau generig i’r myfyrwyr, ond bydd y prif bwyslais ar weithio’n annibynnol dan gyfarwyddyd tiwtor unigol. Bwriedir i’r modiwl ymgysylltu â’r ddau yn y Flwyddyn Gyntaf a’r Ail Flwyddyn sef O’r Senedd i’r Swyddfa ac Iaith Gwaith sy’n cynnwys elfen o brofiad gwaith. Er enghraifft, gellid adfyfyrio’n feirniadol ar yr hyn a brofwyd mewn gwahanol weithleoedd a datblygu hynny’n sail i bortffolio dadansoddol; gallai’r portffolio fod yn astudiaeth achos benodol neu’n gasgliad o ddeunyddiau hyrwyddo a marchnata. Mater i’w benderfynu mewn ymgynghoriad â’r tiwtor fydd yr union faes trafod terfynol. Bydd y myfyrwyr yn casglu defnyddiau ac yn dethol ohonynt yn briodol, ac yn cyflwyno portffolio tua 8,000 o eiriau o hyd. Byddant hefyd yn cyflwyno tasg ragarweiniol a fydd yn profi sgiliau technegol (er enghraifft, llunio llyfryddiaeth fanwl). Bydd disgwyl i fyfyrwyr baratoi cyflwyniad llafar a fydd yn seiliedig ar gynnwys eu portffolio.

Course content

Dyma’r prif ddarn o waith ymchwil annibynnol o fewn y cynllun gradd Cymraeg Proffesiynol. Ar sail arweiniad mewn cyfres o ddarlithoedd hyfforddi generig a than gyfarwyddyd cyfarwyddwr personol, bydd cyfle i adfyfyrio’n feirniadol ar yr hyn a ddysgwyd yn sgil y cynllun ac i gymhwyso hynny wrth ddatblygu project unigol ar agwedd benodol o ddiddordeb neilltuol, e.e. arolwg o ddeddfwriaeth yn ymwneud â’r iaith yn y sector gyhoeddus, ymchwil i’r cyweiriau iaith a weithredir ar wefan neu mewn cyfnodolyn arbennig, astudiaeth achos benodol. Mewn darn o waith estynedig, bydd cyfle i ddatblygu sgiliau ymchwil drwy gyflwyno dadleuon a thynnu ar dystiolaeth sylweddol cyn cyflwyno’r gwaith terfynol yn ysgrifenedig ac ar lafar.
