Overall aims and purpose

Pwrpas y modiwl yw rhoi cyfle i ddysgu yn y gwaith, trwy leoliad gydag amrywiol asiantaethau. Nod y modiwl yw paratoi myfyrwyr ar gyfer cyd-destunau gwaith yn y dyfodol. Yn y rhan fwyaf o achosion bydd myfyrwyr yn nodi a threfnu eu lleoliadau eu hunain. Os yw'r myfyriwr yn cael unrhyw anawsterau bydd staff yn cynorthwyo gyda'r broses hon. Mae'r modiwl hefyd yn cynnwys sesiynau cyflogadwyedd wythnosol. Bydd myfyrwyr yn datblygu sgiliau cyflogadwyedd amrywiol yn y lleoliad gwaith, yn fwyaf arbennig: - Cyfathrebu - cyfathrebu ar lafar ac yn ysgrifenedig, a gwrando, e.e. bod yn glir, yn gryno a chanolbwyntio; gallu addasu eich neges ar gyfer y gynulleidfa a gwrando ar farn pobl eraill. - Trefnu - dysgu blaenoriaethu, gweithio'n effeithlon a chynhyrchiol, a rheoli eich amser er mwyn cyflawni gwaith mewn pryd. - Datrys problemau - dadansoddi ffeithiau a sefyllfaoedd a dod o hyd i atebion priodol.

  • Os oes gennych ddiddordeb yn y modiwl hwn, cysylltwch â chynullydd y modiwl cyn ei ddewis fel opsiwn. Mae dysgu trwy brofiadau a gyrfa fel hyn yn unol ag ymrwymiad y brifysgol i wella cyflogadwyedd. Mae'r modiwl yn cydymffurfio â Chod Ymarfer y Brifysgol ar Ddysgu ar Leoliad (https://www.bangor.ac.uk/regulations/codes/code07.php.en).

Course content

Mae asiantaethau'r lleoliad gwaith yn cynnwys archifdai yng Ngogledd Cymru (i fyfyrwyr Hanes ac Archeoleg), ac asiantaethau'r sector gwirfoddol i fyfyrwyr Gwyddorau Cymdeithas, megis Cymorth i Ddioddefwyr, Gwasanaeth Prawf, Cyngor ar Bopeth. Mae lleoliadau gwaith yn cynnwys ymrwymiad o ryw 70 awr i gyd, er bod rhai myfyrwyr yn dechrau ac yn gorffen eu lleoliadau y tu allan i gyfnod y modiwl. Mae nifer o sesiynau ar gyflogadwyedd wedi'u cynnwys yn y cwricwlwm, a darperir rhai o'r rheiny gan dîm Gwobr Cyflogadwyedd Bangor. Felly bydd profiad pob myfyriwr o'r modiwl yn wahanol, gan ddibynnu ar natur a lle'r lleoliad, a'r swyddogaethau a bennir iddynt yn y cyd-destun gwaith dan sylw. Bydd yr holl fyfyrwyr yn dechrau eu hastudiaethau gydag arweiniad unigol i'r lleoliad trwy gyfrwng tiwtorialau un-i-un a grwpiau bach. Byddant yn dechrau ar raglen ddarllen ac astudio dan arweiniad, a hwylusir gan gynullydd y modiwl a'r tîm addysgu. Bydd y sylfaen yn cynnwys darllen a thrafod gyda'r nod o ddeall y cysylltiadau sydd rhwng astudiaeth academaidd a dulliau gweithio'r asiantaeth. Yna cysylltir y rhain â gweithgareddau penodol yr asiantaeth leoli, er enghraifft hyfforddiant cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth, neu roi sylw i anghenion grwpiau cymdeithasol bregus. Mae'r modiwl yn cynnwys strwythurau ar gyfer adfyfyrio ar y broses ddysgu o fewn cyd-destun gwaith. Ymhlith y deunyddiau darllen a argymhellir mae testunau ynghylch gwerth a swyddogaeth adfyfyrio o'r fath a bydd hynny'n rhan annatod o'r aseiniad cyntaf. Mae hefyd yn ofynnol i fyfyrwyr adrodd ynghylch un neu fwy o agweddau ar ddysgu yn y gwaith yn yr asiantaeth o'u dewis (yr ail aseiniad). Bydd pynciau'r agwedd hon ar y modiwl yn amrywio yn ôl y lleoliad unigol, ac felly caiff y deunyddiau darllen a'r tiwtorialau eu haddasu i anghenion penodol y myfyrwyr.
