Overall aims and purpose

Ydych chi eisiau cyflawni'r graddau uchaf posibl drwy gydol eich gyrfa yn y Brifysgol? Ydych chi eisiau datblygu sgiliau trosglwyddadwy allweddol a fydd yn eich helpu i sicrhau eich swydd ddelfrydol, ac yn eich galluogi i ffynnu yn y gweithle? Os ydy'r ateb i'r cwestiynau hyn yn gadarnhaol, yna mae'r modiwl hwn ar eich cyfer chi. Wedi'i gynllunio i'ch integreiddio i astudiaethau'r Brifysgol, bydd y modiwl hwn yn eich arfogi â'r sgiliau sylfaenol, yr awgrymiadau, y triciau a'r cynilwyr amser i wneud y mwyaf o'ch siawns o gynhyrchu aseiniadau o'r radd orau ym mhob un o'ch modiwlau. Er enghraifft, byddwch yn cael eich hyfforddi ar sut i ysgrifennu aseiniadau i safon y Brifysgol (a all fod yn wahanol iawn i'r ysgrifennu y gallech fod wedi'i brofi o'r blaen). Trwy ymarferion anffurfiol hwyliog yn y dosbarth, byddwch yn ennill profiad a hyder wrth gyflwyno meysydd ymgysylltu a chyflwyniadau llafar. Byddwch hefyd yn dysgu sut i manteisio ar lwyfannau adnoddau astudio ar-lein y Brifysgol. Cyflwynir y cwrs gan ddau academydd sefydledig ac sydd wedi'u cyhoeddi'n dda ac sydd ill dau wedi ennill graddau gwyddoniaeth chwaraeon o'r radd flaenaf o Brifysgol Bangor, gan ennill y marciau uchaf yn eu carfanau priodol.

Course content

Bydd y cwrs yn eich paratoi ag amrywiaeth o sgiliau a fydd yn eich helpu i lywio'ch astudiaethau'n llwyddiannus a “bod y gorau yr ydych chi” ym Mhrifysgol Bangor ac yn eich gyrfa yn y dyfodol. Er enghraifft, mae'r cwrs yn cwmpasu pynciau fel; a) “Sut i fanteisio i'r eithaf ar eich darlithoedd”; b) “Sut i gynllunio'ch amser yn effeithiol yn y Brifysgol”; c) “Sut i ysgrifennu traethodau ac adroddiadau gwyddonol ar lefel Prifysgol”; d) “Sut i nodi ffynonellau gwyddonol gorau posibl”; e) “Sut i gyflwyno a chyfeirio eich traethodau”; f) “Sut i feddwl ar eich traed a darparu areithiau“ byrfyfyr ”proffesiynol; g) “Sut i gyflwyno sgyrsiau a chyflwyniadau gwyddonol ffurfiol yn hyderus”. Mae'r modiwl hwn yn cael ei addysgu'n ddwys yn ystod yr wythnosau cyntaf ym Mlwyddyn 1. Mae popeth a wnewch yn y modiwl hwn wedi'i gynllunio i'ch helpu i gael y profiad a'r graddau gorau posibl yn yr holl fodiwlau eraill y byddwch yn eu hastudio.
