Overall aims and purpose
Ydych chi erioed wedi meddwl sut mae gwyddonwyr chwaraeon yn helpu i wella perfformiad chwaraeon mewn athletwyr? Mae'r modiwl hwn wedi'i gynllunio i'ch helpu i ddeall y broses o gefnogi athletwyr â gwyddoniaeth, ac yna eich helpu i ddysgu sut i gymhwyso'r wybodaeth hon i'ch hoff chwaraeon.
Course content
Yn ystod y cwrs, byddwch yn dysgu sut i asesu gofynion chwaraeon, sut i broffilio athletwyr, sut i fonitro athletwyr drwy'r broses hyfforddi, datblygu eu sgiliau seicolegol a sut i'w helpu i wella ar ôl hyfforddiant neu gystadleuaeth. Mae'r modiwl yn cael ei ddysgu gan academyddion sy'n ymchwilio'n weithredol ym maes perfformiad chwaraeon a byddwch yn dysgu technegau arloesol a ddefnyddir gan wyddonwyr chwaraeon o fewn chwaraeon elitaidd.
