Overview

Nod y modiwl hwn yw i gyflwyno rhai meysydd allweddol ymchwil seicoleg chwaraeon ac ymarfer corff cyfoes. Bydd yn rhoi sylfaen gadarn i chi mewn seicoleg chwaraeon ac ymarfer corff a bydd yn eich helpu i wneud dewisiadau mwy addysgedig ynghylch pa feysydd chwaraeon ac ymarfer corff i arbenigo ynddynt wrth i chi symud ymlaen i flynyddoedd dau a thri. Byddwn yn ymdrechu i ddod â'r deunydd yn fyw trwy gyflwyno enghreifftiau go iawn o gysyniadau seicoleg ar waith mewn lleoliadau chwaraeon a perfformiad. Wrth wneud hynny, byddwch yn dysgu sut y gall seicolegwyr chwaraeon ac ymarfer corff gymhwyso ymchwil wyddonol i ddatblygu pecynnau seicolegol i gefnogi cleientiaid/athletwyr.

Bydd myfyrwyr ar y modiwl hwn yn dysgu am y damcaniaethau a'r modelau seicolegol mwyaf dylanwadol mewn chwaraeon, ymarfer corff, ac iechyd. Gall y pynciau gynnwys: “Damcaniaethau cymhelliant”, “Y dull ymddygiad gwybyddol”, “Agweddau meddyliol o berfformiad”, “straen, pryder, a chynnwrf”, “emosiynau”, “seicoleg gymdeithasol”, “proffilio seicolegol”, ac ati.
