Overview

Bydd y modiwl yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu a gwella sgiliau uwch sy'n berthnasol i'r cyd-destun hwn (e.e., ymwybyddiaeth o arddulliau dysgu, cymhwyso sgiliau seicolegol a llenyddiaethau dysgu modur). O'r herwydd, bydd myfyrwyr yn datblygu technegau (e.e. ymarfer myfyriol, proffilio perfformiad) i'w helpu i barhau i wella eu sgiliau a datblygu eu gyrfa ar ôl graddio. Bydd myfyrwyr hefyd yn dysgu sut i hwyluso caffael sgiliau pobl eraill. Er mwyn rhoi profiad a lleoliad ystyrlon i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu sgiliau a thechnegau o'r fath, bydd astudio a datblygu myfyrwyr yn cael eu lleoli yng nghyd-destun dilyniant tuag at (neu gyflawni mewn gwirionedd) dyfarniadau'r Corff Llywodraethu Cenedlaethol mewn addysg gorfforol.

Learning Outcomes

  • Caffael y nifer gofynnol o gymwysterau hyfforddi yn gymwys (rhaid i gymhwyster hyfforddi fodloni asesiad o anghenion ac ni ellir ei ôl-ddyddio)

  • Cwblhau o leiaf 10 awr (lleiaf)fel hyfforddwr/gwirfoddolwr mewn naill ai clybiau cymunedol lleol, ysgolion (i gefnogi rhaglen AYP leol) neu i gefnogi sefydliadau fel yr Urdd, Sefydliadau Ieuenctid e.e. Canllawiau/Sgowtiaid/Clybiau Ieuenctid ac ati.

  • Dangos eu gallu i ddod o hyd i leoliad gwaith mewn adran Addysg Gorfforol Ysgolion Uwchradd a gwneud cais amdano ar ôl cwblhau llythyr ffurfiol a CV (o leiaf wythnos (5 diwrnod) o leoliad gwaith)

  • Dangos eu gallu i gynllunio, cychwyn, cofnodi a gwerthuso rhaglen ddatblygiad bersonol briodol sydd wedi'i theilwra'n feirniadol yn seiliedig ar werthusiad o gryfderau a meysydd i'w gwella sy'n benodol i lwybr gyrfa Addysg Gorfforol

  • Dangos ymarfer effeithiol a myfyriol a hunanymwybyddiaeth critigol yn ystod lleoliad gwaith e.e. arsylwi a myfyrio ar enghreifftiau o arfer da a gwerthuso eich gwers / sesiwn hyfforddi eich hun.

Portffolio Rhan 1 - byddwch yn derbyn adborth ffurfiannol yn erbyn y meini prawf asesu canlynol; 1 . Hyfedredd wrth gynnal - dadansoddi anghenion yn erbyn cynllunio hirdymor. Dadansoddi anghenion, proffilio perfformiad, gwerthuso cryfderau a meysydd i'w gwella sy'n dylanwadu ar nodau tymor byr, tymor canolig a hirdymor. 2. Cynllunio, gweithredu, cofnodi a gwerthuso'n feirniadol raglen o ddatblygiad personol priodol a phenodol, yn seiliedig ar werthusiad o gryfderau a meysydd i’w gwella sy'n benodol i lwybr gyrfa mewn Addysg Gorfforol Ac adborth ffurfiannol ar y meysydd a’u hamlygwyd ym meini prawf asesu 4. 4. Llwyddo i gael lleoliad gwaith mewn adran Addysg Gorfforol mewn ysgol uwchradd ar ôl llunio llythyr ffurfiol a CV (tystiolaeth wedi’i chofnodi mewn cofnod)

Sesiwn drafod/holi ac ateb ar arddull cyfweliad yw VIVA. Bydd y VIVA yn asesu eich gwybodaeth a'ch dealltwriaeth o'r modiwl. Bydd yn asesu eich cyrhaeddiad yn erbyn y deilliannau dysgu gan ddefnyddio'r meini prawf asesu isod. Yr un cwestiynau fydd yn cael eu gofyn i bob myfyriwr ar ddechrau'r VIVA. Fodd bynnag, mae pob portffolio a phrofiad yn ystod lleoliad gwaith yn unigryw i'r myfyriwr unigol ac felly bydd y cwestiynau yn ystod pob VIVA yn adlewyrchu hyn.
