Overview

Mae dod yn ymarferwr cryfder a chyflyru effeithiol yn gofyn am ddatblygu gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol o anatomeg, ffisioleg a biomecaneg a chymhwyso'r theori hon wrth ddatblygu sgiliau ymarferol. Bydd y modiwl yn rhoi cymysgedd o ddarlithoedd a seminarau i fyfyrwyr i ennill gwybodaeth gyfoes am gryfder a chyflyru ar gyfer datblygiad corfforol a pharatoi athletwyr, a sesiynau ymarferol yn y labordai gwyddor chwaraeon, lleoliadau maes a champfa gan ddarparu cyfleoedd i gymhwyso'r wybodaeth hon yn ymarferol.

Gall y pynciau gynnwys:

  • Ffisioleg hyfforddiant
  • Anatomeg a biomecaneg ar gyfer cryfder a chyflyru
  • Monitro athletwyr a llwyth gwaith yn ystod y broses hyfforddi
  • Cryfder a chyflyru mewn atal anafiadau
  • Hyfforddi Poblogaethau Arbennig

Sesiynau ymarferol ar: - Monitro llwyth gwaith e.e., GPS - Asesiad biofecanyddol o gryfder a phŵer - Methodolegau sgrinio anafiadau - Methodolegau hyfforddi cyfoes mewn cryfder, cyflymder ac hyfforddiant metabolig

Asesiad 1 - Dehongli data viva Asesiad 2 - llyfr log myfyriol ymarferol Asesiad 3 - asesiad ymarferol

Ardderchog (Gradd A) Mae'r gwaith yn arddangos gwybodaeth gynhwysfawr a dealltwriaeth fanwl, gan adlewyrchu astudiaeth gefndirol helaeth. Mae'r gwaith yn dangos focws ardderchog, wedi'i strwythuro'n dda, wedi'i gyflwyno'n rhesymegol a gyda dadleuon wedi eu cefnogi. Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys dehongliad gwreiddiol a datblygir cysylltiadau newydd rhwng pynciau. Cyflwynir y gwaith i safon uchel gyda chyfathrebu cywir a dim gwallau ffeithiol na chyfrifiannol.

Da (Gradd B) Mae'r gwaith yn dangos gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth gadarn ond gyda rhai cyfyngiadau. Mae tystiolaeth o astudiaeth gefndirol. Mae gan y gwaith strwythur diffiniedig a rhesymegol ond gyda rhai gwendidau yn y ffordd y cyflwynir dadleuon. Mae rhywfaint o ddehongliad gwreiddiol ac arddangosiad o gysylltiadau rhwng pynciau. Cyflwynir y gwaith yn ofalus gyda chyfathrebu cywir ac ychydig o wallau ffeithiol neu gyfrifiadurol.

Pasio (Gradd C neu D) Mae'r gwaith yn dangos gwybodaeth am feysydd / egwyddorion allweddol yn unig ac mae tystiolaeth gyfyngedig o wreiddioldeb neu astudiaeth gefndirol. Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys rhai deunydd a gwendidau amherthnasol o ran strwythur. Cyflwynir dadleuon ond nid oes ganddynt gydlyniad. Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys gwallau ffeithiol/cyfrifiadol heb fawr o dystiolaeth o ddatrys problemau. Mae gwendidau yn safon y cyflwyniad a'i gywirdeb.

Learning Outcomes

  • Dehongli, dadansoddi'n feirniadol ac addasu rhaglen cryfder a chyflyru gan ddarparu cyfiawnhad sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth.

  • Cyfathrebu theori ac ymarfer uwch mewn modd priodol ar gyfer lleoliad chwaraeon perfformiad.

  • Hyfforddi technegau cryfder a chyflyru datblygedig yn ymarferol mewn modd cymwys, diogel ac effeithiol.

  • Myfyrio ac adolygu gwybodaeth ymarferol mewn methodoleg hyfforddi uwch.
