Overall aims and purpose

Mae'r modiwl yn ymdrin â deall datblygiad ac anghenion y plentyn, ynghyd â chyfrifoldebau proffesiynol sylfaenol yr athro/athrawes. Mae'n codi ymwybyddiaeth yr hyfforddeion o fframwaith y Cyfnod Sylfaen a dogennau cynllunio perthnasol eraill. Cyflwynir y safonau (Dod yn Athro cymwysiedig cylchlythyr 017/2009) sy’n ddisgwyliedig ar gyfer athrawon cymwys, a'r gofynion proffesiynol, ac yn eu paratoi ar gyfer Profiad Ysgol.

Course content

  1. Hawliau'r plentyn fel dinesydd lleol a byd-eang ynghyd â'i anghenion fel dysgwr.
  2. Datblygiad gwybyddol, ieithyddol, emosiynol, moesol ac ysbrydol, creadigol, corfforol, a chymdeithasol a’i effaith ar y dysgu ac addysgu mewn cyd-destun cynhwysol.
  3. Trosolwg o wahanol arddulliau dysgu plant a goblygiadau hyn wrth gynllunio ac wrth weithio gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol eraill.
  4. Cyfrifoldebau'r person proffesiynol mewn perthynas â sefydlu a chynnal amgylchedd dysgu priodol ac ethos positif.
  5. Model addysgu’r Cyfnod Sylfaen. Beth sy’n gwneud athro rhagorol o fewn y model?
  6. Arsylwi dadansoddol ar blant yn dysgu, cofnodi'n effeithiol, a defnyddio arsylwadau er mwyn perthnasu'r dysgu ac addysgu i anghenion plant.
  7. Y broses o gynllunio ar gyfer cyflwyno profiadau eang, heriol, a chyfoethog i blant: datblygu cynlluniau gwaith tymor hir a byr, gwersi, a thasgau priodol.
  8. Diogelu plant – beth yw goblygiadau y drefn amddiffyn plant a rôl y Comisynydd Plant. Cyflwynir hyn ynghyd ag agweddau Iechyd a Diogelwch yn ystod yr wythnos broffesiynol.
