Overview

Dyma’r ail fodiwl Dyniaethau, Iechyd a Lles y byddwch yn ei astudio a bydd yn canolbwyntio ar rai o’r cysyniadau hanfodol o fewn y Meysydd Dysgu a Phrofiad hyn. Bydd y cynnwys yn datblygu eich gwybodaeth a'ch dealltwriaeth o sut mae'r pynciau hyn yn cael eu cynllunio, eu datblygu a'u cyflwyno o fewn ysgolion cynradd.

Dyniaethau: Datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o: • Y Dyniaethau o fewn y Cwricwlwm i Gymru • Themâu Allweddol Dyniaethau: Daearyddiaeth, Hanes, Crefydd, Gwerthoedd a Moeseg, Astudiaethau Busnes ac Astudiaethau Cymdeithasol • Sgiliau penodol o fewn MDPh y Dyniaethau: Ymholi, Dadansoddi, Gwerthuso, Dehongli • Pobl, lleoedd, cyfnodau a chredoau • Y materion pwysicaf sy'n wynebu dynoliaeth, gan gynnwys cynaliadwyedd a newid cymdeithasol • Amrywiaeth gymdeithasol a diwylliannol • Sut mae gweithredoedd unigol yn effeithio ar y gymuned, yn lleol ac yn fyd-eang • ‘Cynefin’: Lleol, Cymru a’r byd ehangach mewn ystod o amserau, lleoedd ac amgylchiadau • Profiadau dynol o'r gorffennol a'r presennol, ar lefelau lleol, cenedlaethol a byd-eang sy'n ymwneud â lles a chynaliadwyedd • Dysgu y tu allan i'r ystafell ddosbarth • Amrywiaeth a phwysigrwydd cydraddoldeb • Sut i gymryd camau cymdeithasol a chyfrannu at eich cymunedau

Iechyd a Lles: Datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o: • Iechyd a Lles o fewn y Cwricwlwm i Gymru • Themâu Allweddol Iechyd a Lles: Gofal a Datblygiad Personol, Dewisiadau Iach, Dysgu i Ddysgu, Perthnasoedd ac Emosiynau, Cadw'n Ddiogel • Gweithgareddau Corfforol ac addysg awyr agored • Lles meddyliol, emosiynol a corfforol • Dylanwad cymdeithasol a diwylliannol ar ein cymunedau • Sut i drefnu gwersi ymarferol • Sut i wella iechyd a chymhwysedd corfforol yr hunan • Gwneud penderfyniadau a derbyn cyfrifoldeb • Dysgu tu allan i’r dosbarth • Cysyniadau hunan-barch, hunanwerth, hunan-gysyniad a gwytnwch

Assessment Strategy

Bydd dau aseiniad yn y modiwl yma. Bydd y ddau yn cael ei farcio allan o 100%.

-Ardderchog-(A) Bydd y rhan fwyaf o ddeilliannau dysgu wedi'u bodloni i lefel ragorol a bydd yr holl ddeilliannau dysgu o leiaf yn dda iawn. Cefnogir gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth ddofn o gynnwys y modiwl gan ystod eang o lenyddiaeth theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn darparu dadansoddiad beirniadol rhagorol wrth fyfyrio ar ystod eang o arddulliau addysgu a dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon ragorol a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon ragorol mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

-Da iawn-(B) Bydd y rhan fwyaf o ddeilliannau dysgu wedi'u bodloni i lefel dda iawn. Gall rhagoriaeth mewn rhai canlyniadau dysgu gydbwyso cyrhaeddiad boddhaol mewn eraill. Cefnogir gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth dda iawn o gynnwys y modiwl gan ystod dda iawn o lenyddiaeth theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn darparu dadansoddiad beirniadol da iawn wrth fyfyrio ar ystod sylweddol o addysgu ac arddulliau dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon dda iawn a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon dda iawn mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

-Da-(C) Bydd y rhan fwyaf o ddeilliannau dysgu wedi'u bodloni i lefel dda . Cefnogir gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth dda o gynnwys y modiwl gan ystod dda o lenyddiaeth theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn darparu dadansoddiad beirniadol da wrth fyfyrio ar ystod sylweddol o addysgu ac arddulliau dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon dda a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon dda mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

-Boddhaol-(D) Bydd yr holl ddeilliannau dysgu wedi'u bodloni i lefel foddhaol. Cefnogir gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o gynnwys y modiwl gan ystod foddhaol o lenyddiaeth theori, ymarfer ac ymchwil. Bydd ymgeiswyr wedi dangos tystiolaeth foddhaol o ddadansoddi beirniadol wrth fyfyrio ar addysgu a dysgu. Bydd myfyrwyr wedi datblygu eu sgiliau astudio i safon foddhaol a byddant yn gallu cyfathrebu i safon foddhaol mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol ac academaidd.

  • Dealltwriaeth gadarn o bwysigrwydd hunan-werth, gwytnwch a gofal am yr hunan, eraill a’n byd er mwyn sicrhau dyfodol gwell i bob un

  • Dealltwriaeth gadarn o ofynion iechyd a diogelwch wrth gyflwyno’r Iechyd a Lles a’r Dyniaethau y tu mewn a'r tu allan.

  • Dealltwriaeth gadarn o sut i hybu dysgu sy’n seiliedig ar ymholiadau;

  • Gwybodaeth bynciol gadarn a dealltwriaeth o sgiliau arbenigol a berthyn i’r Meysydd Dysgu a Phrofiad Iechyd a Lles a’r Dyniaethau

  • Portffolio eang o addysgeg briodol i hwyluso dysgu o ran Iechyd a Lles a’r Dyniaethau, gan gynnwys cyfleoedd i ddysgu yn yr awyr agored

  • Y gallu i ddadansoddi a gwerthuso’n gritigol addysgeg yn Iechyd a Lles a’r Dyniaethau
