Overview

1 - Archwilio a dadansoddi modelau arweinyddiaeth o fewn lleoliadau a chyd-destunau Addysgol.
2 - Dadansoddi’n gritigol rôl arweinyddiaeth o fewn Cwricwlwm i Gymru ac i ddyfnhau eu dealltwriaeth o arweinyddiaeth wasgaredig.
3 - Galluogi myfyrwyr i ddyfnhau eu dealltwriaeth o ddadleuon damcaniaethol ac athronyddol allweddol o ran dylunio cwricwlwm a’i weithredu, ac i gymhwyso’r dulliau hyn yn eu hymarfer eu hunain.
4 - Dadansoddi strategaethau arloesol mewn datblygiad cwricwlwm ac i adlewyrchu ar eu defnydd yn eu lleoliadau a chyd-destunau eu hunain.

Mae’r modiwl hwn yn archwilio theorïau o arweinyddiaeth ac arloesi gyda phwyslais penodol ar y Cwricwlwm i Gymru. Bydd myfyrwyr yn dadansoddi’n gritigol y dulliau gwahanol at arweinyddiaeth a defnyddio’r theorïau hynny i’w lleoliadau a’u cyd-destunau proffesiynol eu hunain. Ymhellach, bydd y cyd-destun arweinyddiaeth o fewn y Cwricwlwm i Gymru yn cael ei archwilio gyda phwyslais ar ddeall arweinyddiaeth a rheolaeth wasgaredig o Feysydd Dysgu a Phrofiad gyda chyfeiriad at gyfrifoldeb ac asiantaeth athrawon. Bydd y modiwl hefyd yn tynnu ar ddadleuon athronyddol a damcaniaethol allweddol ynglŷn â theori addysgeg ac yn caniatau myfyrwyr i archwilio eu defnydd yn eu cyd-destunau a lleoliadau addysgol eu hunain. Yn ogystal â hyn, bydd y modiwl yn tynnu ar strategaethau arloesol ar gyfer cwricwlwm, dyluniad, gweithredu a rheolaeth ac yn caniatáu myfyrwyr i fyfyrio ar eu defnydd neu leoliadau a chyd-destunau addysgol eu hunain.

Teilyngdod B- i B+ ystod 60-69% Mae ffocws yr ateb wedi'i strwythuro'n dda, cyflwynir dadleuon cydlynol da ar y pwnc ond gyda rhai bylchau yn y wybodaeth

Rhagoriaeth A- i A* ystod 70-100% Gwaith manwl gywir sy'n dangos darllen ehangach a pheth mewnbwn gwreiddiol

  • Dadansoddi a myfyrio ar ddulliau arweinyddiaeth cwricwlwm effeithiol.

  • Dadansoddi’n gritigol dadleuon athronyddol a damcaniaethol allweddol ynglŷn â gweithredu’r Cwricwlwm i Gymru.

  • Deall a dadansoddi arweinyddiaeth cwricwlwm yng nghyd-destun Cwricwlwm i Gymru ac AOLEs.

  • Myfyrio’n gritigol ar strategaethau arloesol o ran datblygu cwricwlwm a myfyrio ar weithredu yn eu cyd-destunau a lleoliadau addysgol eu hunain.
