Overview

Mae hanner cyntaf y modiwl hwn yn canolbwyntio ar lwyddiant busnes, strategaeth fusnes effeithiol, cynllunio busnes a chreu cynllun busnes. Daw hyn i ben gyda thraethawd rhannol, cyflwyniad cynllun busnes rhannol sydd wedi'i gysylltu'n uniongyrchol â'r prosiect mawr 3edd flwyddyn a gynhaliwyd ym modiwlau 3045 a 3046. Mae deall beth yw strategaeth fusnes lwyddiannus yn sylfaenol i ddylunio effeithiol. Mae'r rhan hon o'r modiwl yn dwyn ynghyd agweddau a astudiwyd yn ddamcaniaethol ac yn ymarferol trwy gydol y cwrs ac fe'i cyflwynir fel adroddiad a chynllun busnes, ynghyd â gwerthusiad.
