A Mental Health Adviser is usually available between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

It will help the Advisers to understand, and respond to, your current issues if you complete this self-assessment form.

The current waiting time for an assessment appointment is 3 working days.

Mental Health Drop in Sessions are Going online

Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 3.30pm

In view of the current sitation Cheryl, Fiona and Sioned are taking our regular weekly drop in session online.  We will have to work a little differently so that we can manage and respond fairly to students who need to speak to us.

Email , stating the outline of your situation and preferred method of communication (phone call or e-mail).  A Mental Health Adviser will then get back to you.

Mental Health Adviser Drop-in

During Term Time, the Mental Health Advisers offer a Drop-in session on a Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 3.30pm, for which no pre-booking is required.
