Our team of professionally qualified mental health professionals, duty counsellors, and an Art Psychotherapist, who serves as our Wellbeing Advisor, are here to assist you with:

Welsh-medium Counselling
We also provide counselling services in Welsh. If you are a North Wales Medical Student or prefer counselling in Welsh, our Duty Counsellor can arrange this for you.

Emergency Support
If you need immediate support in an emergency, please contact your GP for an urgent appointment or if you don’t feel that you can keep yourself safe, please call 999 or attend your local A&E department.
NHS Mental Health Support Line
NHS 111 and press option 2 will take you through to a 24 hour 7 days a week NHS mental health support line for anyone struggling with their mental health or anyone who is wanting advice about supporting someone.
