It is hoped this website will help you find your way around the academic buildings at Bangor University. It will tell you where to park, if there are lifts and the safe refuge points you need to go to if an emergency situation arises.
As parts of Bangor are hilly, e.g College Park, it may be an idea to familiarise yourself with the area before starting work / study at the University. The environment may present barriers to people with mobility difficulties and some of our older buildings may also be difficult to access. Wherever possible, reasonable adjustments are made to meet particular requirements. We are always pleased to meet prospective students, at Open Days, or at another convenient time. Just contact one of our Disability Advisers and we will be happy to meet you and make arrangements to show you around.
Use our maps and videos
On each of the pages for each building we have provided a link to the University site map and also to a Google Map which pinpoints each building. For information on how to get from one part of Bangor to another you can also use our videos – such as the one about getting to College Road.
