Modiwl XUC-2043:
XUC-2043 Dylunio a Gwneuthuriad 2
Ffeithiau’r Modiwl
Rhedir gan School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering
30.000 Credydau neu 15.000 Credyd ECTS
Semester 1 a 2
Trefnydd: Mr Aled Williams
Amcanion cyffredinol
Mae'r modiwl yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr weithio ar 'friff byw' gyda chwmni partner allanol i ymchwilio, dylunio a chynhyrchu prototeip gweithredol o gynnyrch neu ddyfais newydd y gellir ei brofi.
Mae'r modiwl yn canolbwyntio ar gymhwyso'r broses ddylunio i ddatblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr mewn rheoli prosiect, meddwl dylunio a phrosesau empathig, modelu, prototeipio, a defnyddio deunyddiau, cydrannau a strwythurau yn ystod gweithdrefn weithgynhyrchu.
Mae hefyd yn datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr o ddiogelwch ac arferion cynaliadwy wrth ddylunio a'r sgiliau sydd eu hangen ar gyfer ymarfer gweithio diogel.
Mae hefyd yn datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr o brosesau gweithgynhyrchu, ac yn codi ymwybyddiaeth o sut y gellir cymhwyso canlyniadau'r modiwl mewn cyd-destun proffesiynol.
Mae hefyd yn datblygu sgiliau a chymwyseddau myfyrwyr mewn Dylunio gyda Chymorth Cyfrifiadur, Dadansoddi Elfen Gyfyngedig a Graffeg Ddigidol hyd at lefel broffesiynol.
Cynnwys cwrs
Bydd y brîff ar gyfer y modiwl hwn yn cael ei osod gan gwmni partner allanol, a bydd y prosiect yn para am wyth wythnos o hyd. Bydd y cwmni partner yn mynnu bod cynnyrch / dyfais wreiddiol newydd yn cael ei gynhyrchu, neu ail-ddylunio cynnyrch cyfredol, neu gynnyrch newydd sy'n cystadlu yn erbyn eu cystadleuwyr yn y farchnad. Rhennir y modiwl yn bedwar cam gwahanol, a elwir yn 'Crits'. Mae pob cam yn gofyn bod cyflwyniad yn cael ei gyflwyno / cyflwyno i'r cwmni - mae pob cam yn cyfateb i broses ddylunio pedwar cam. Asesir cyflwyniadau traethodau ymchwil hyn gan staff y coleg.
Crit 1 - cyflwyno ymchwil i'r farchnad a defnyddwyr, ynghyd â diffiniad o fwriad a chyfeiriad y dyluniad.
Crit 2 - cyflwyno syniadau cysyniad ynghyd â chanlyniadau profion cychwynnol 'prawf o gysyniad'.
Crit 3 - cyflwyno canlyniad terfynol y prototeip, ynghyd â chanlyniadau profion defnyddioldeb / swyddogaethol.
Crit 4 - cyflwyno gwerthuso / adolygu cynnyrch, ynghyd â bwriad 'cam nesaf'. (Mae gan gyflwyniadau uchafswm o 4 munud yr un)
Bydd CAD, FEA a Graffeg Ddigidol yn cael eu haddysgu trwy ymarferion wythnosol sy'n cael eu hasesu.
